Our patient, a young adult female, had a condition where the upper and lower tooth structures had a angulated relationship. The upper arch is relatively larger than the lower arch.
Cosmetically, many patients with this condition seek to have upper tooth stuctures, especially, that are more perpendicular to the occlusal plane, that creates a more natural appearance. Noninvasive Lumineers were handcrafted on a tooth by tooth basis that created more bulk for each tooth structure, correcting the undersized appearance, multiple diastemas and the angulation of the upper arch.
